By using Monetika you agree to these terms.
Who we are
These terms are a contract between you and DIMA S SOFTWARE SRL, a company registered in Romania (“we”). Our company details are on the Contact page.
The app
Monetika is a money tracker for logging transactions, budgets and wallets in multiple currencies. It is a record-keeping tool and does not provide financial, tax or legal advice.
Who can use Monetika
You must be at least 16 years old to use Monetika.
Your data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Exchange rates are indicative and may differ from the rates of your bank. Shared wallets are visible to all their members, so you are responsible for what you add to them.
Availability
As far as the law allows, the app is provided as is, without warranties. Features may change or be withdrawn, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app under More, then Delete account. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will tell you in the app about important changes.
Governing law
Romanian law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
App Store
If you downloaded Monetika from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
